I found Oliver Bowes to be attentive to my pre-surgery anxieties and responsive to issues I had post surgery. He gave a quick accurate diagnosis, which I found reassuring.

Dr Bowes saved my day. After 11 days of suffering I was lucky enough to meet this incredible Doctor. From a root canal, worsened to an abscess. After the incision, the infection continued to rise, moving to my eyes and making me no longer see well. The doctor made an excellent visit, reassuring me that the vision had not had any bad consequences. He immediately had me have a face CT scan and had me examined by his colleague Mr Sam Jayaraj Otolaryngology realizing that the infection was also in the nose. Great professionalism, kindness and speed in visits after so many days of suffering. I recommend anyone who needs it to come under his care! Elena

Mr Oliver Vowes was an excellent surgeon and very helpful person. He has always given me very good advice regarding my eye troubles and this has been very useful. He also performed the surgery on both of my eyes very well and I can now see clearly. All the other staff were also very helpful and supportive during and after surgery. Thank you for all the help, merry christmas and happy new yew year. Mr Saeed Akhtar

Dr Oliver Bowes is professional and caring doctor. He provides a great service and asks the relevant questions before making a diagnosis. I had a long term eye issue, which was correctly identified and then given the appropriate prescription. I was suffering unnecessarily and wished i went to him from the outset but had to wait for a GP referral.

I saw Mr Bowes because of cataracts in both eyes which had started to impact on my driving ability. I had an operation on my right eye as an NHS patient and after a few weeks on my left eye as a private patient. I am delighted with the results and am happily driving again, vital as I am a carer for a husband with severe dementia. Mr Bowes explained the procedure in great detail and I felt confident I was in good hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
